Partner reports: what's available and how to run them
Last updated: August 27, 2026
The Ascen partner portal includes a full suite of reports scoped to your agency's own data — covering timesheets, payroll, invoices, onboarding, and more — that you can run, download, and schedule for automatic email delivery.
Who can run reports
Reports are available to partner users with a billing-capable role: Owner, Admin, Manager, Finance, or Recruiter. Users with a timesheet-only or document-verifier role cannot access the reports section.
How to run a report
In the left-hand menu, click Finance, then Reports.
Select the report you want from the list.
Use the filters (date range, client, contractor, state, purchase order, and others) to narrow the results.
Click Run Report. Larger reports run asynchronously and are emailed to you when ready.
To download results as a CSV, click Export Report once the report has finished.

Reports are grouped below by theme. Every report shows only your agency's own data.

Scheduling a report for automatic email delivery
You can set any report to run on a recurring schedule and deliver results to your team by email.
Go to Finance > Reports and open the Scheduled tab.
Click New Schedule (or the equivalent button in your portal).
Choose the report, set the frequency (daily, weekly, monthly, or a custom cadence), and enter the recipient email addresses.
Save the schedule. The report will run automatically and email results to the recipients you listed.
To edit or remove a schedule, return to the Scheduled tab, find the entry, and update or delete it.
Tip: Scheduling the Missing Direct Deposit report to run before each payroll period is a quick way to make sure every active worker has payment set up.
Questions or missing data
If a report shows unexpected results or you believe data is missing, email support@ascen.com. Reports always reflect your agency's own data and cannot include workers or assignments from other agencies.
