How do I use the pricing calculator?

Summary: The pricing calculator shows our current rate for an assignment — not an estimate. Our rate always includes all burdens (employer payroll taxes, insurance, workers' comp, etc.), so it's the true, all-in cost. Enter the worksite country and state, the job classification, the workers' comp code (for W-2 roles), and a pay rate to see it. The bill rate and gross profit it displays are for your planning only.

What it's for

The pricing calculator shows you our current rate for a role before you create the assignment, so you can budget, plan, and decide what to bill your client.

What you enter

  • Country — the country where the contractor will work. Our rate varies by country, so set this first.

  • State / region — the state or region of the worksite within that country.

  • Job classification — for example, W-2 employee or independent contractor (IC). This changes which employer costs apply.

  • Workers' comp code — for W-2 roles, the workers' comp classification for the work being done.

  • Pay rate — the rate you plan to pay the worker. You can also include overtime rates and a stipend where relevant.

What it shows

  • Our rate — this is our current rate for the assignment, not an estimate. It is always fully burdened: it already includes all employer payroll taxes, insurance, workers' comp, and other burdens.

  • Bill rate and gross profit (for your information) — the calculator also displays a bill rate and the resulting gross profit. These are shown for information purposes only, to help your agency budget and plan. You decide what to actually bill your client.

  • Our rate always includes all burdens, so what you see is the true, all-in cost — there are no hidden add-ons.
