How Do I View Reports?

Last updated: August 21, 2026

Summary: Go to Finance → Reports to run any report scoped to your agency's data. Pick a report, set the filters (especially the period), and click Run Report; export to CSV or schedule it to email your team. For the full list of every report and when to use each, see Partner reports: what's available and how to run them.

Getting to Reports

In the left-hand menu, click Finance → Reports. Reports are available to partner users with a billing-capable role (Owner, Admin, Manager, Finance, or Recruiter) — timesheet-only and document-verifier roles don't see this section.

Running and filtering a report

  1. Select the report you want from the list.

  2. Narrow the results with the filters — commonly client, contractor, state, workers' comp code, and purchase order.

  3. Set the period — this is the most important filter. To see all time periods at once, clear the period filter (the X at the end of the period menu).

  4. Click Run Report. Larger reports run in the background and are emailed to you when ready.

  5. Click Export Report to download the results as a CSV.

Projected vs. Actual

Two tabs cover forecasting versus what actually happened:

  • Projected — a forward-looking estimate of revenue and cost based on your current assignments (pay rate, bill rate, total pay, and total bill). Use it for forecasting before a period closes.

  • Actual — post-period results once invoices have been generated (typically Thursdays), so you can review invoice dates, billed amounts, fees, adjustments, and payments. You can view actuals by assignment or by invoice.

Scheduling a report

Any report can be set to run on a recurring schedule and email results to your team — open the Scheduled tab in Reports and add a schedule with the report, frequency, and recipients. Full steps are in Partner reports: what's available and how to run them.
