Summary: For anything about your plan — coverage, claims, providers, prescriptions, ID cards — contact UnitedHealthcare directly. For enrollment and benefit elections, email Ascen at support@ascen.com.

Your medical, dental, vision, and supplemental plans are provided by UnitedHealthcare FlexWork. UnitedHealthcare handles everything about the plan itself. Ascen handles enrolling you and changing your elections.

Use UnitedHealthcare for coverage questions, claims, finding an in-network provider, prescriptions, plan balances, and ID cards.
