Summary: For enrollment help or logging into the benefits portal, contact Benefit Harbor. For plan/claims questions, contact UnitedHealthcare FlexWork. For anything else, email Ascen support.
- Enrollment questions or logging into the benefits portal: contact our benefits administrator, Benefit Harbor, at 888-996-3958 (phone, Monday–Friday, 8 AM–6 PM CST).
- Plan-specific questions — coverage, claims, provider networks, or how your benefits work: contact UnitedHealthcare FlexWork at 1-855-892-2401.
- Anything else (or if you're not sure who to ask): email support@ascen.com.
