How do I get a copy of my offer letter?
Last updated: November 4, 2026
Applies to: US W-2 employees. The offer letter is part of W-2 onboarding with Ascen. If you are an independent contractor, a Canadian T4 employee or an international worker, the documents you signed are still on your Documents page, but they may not include an offer letter.
Summary: Your offer letter is saved in your Ascen portal, and you can download it any time. Log in at app.ascen.com, open Documents, then Agreements, and click the download icon next to Ascen Workforce LLC - Offer Letter. If you cannot find it, email support@ascen.com.
How to download it
Log in at app.ascen.com.
Open Documents in the left-hand menu, then Agreements.
Find Ascen Workforce LLC - Offer Letter and click the download icon to open or save it.
The letter stays in your portal after your assignment ends, so you can download it again whenever you need it.
Why the letter is from Ascen
Your offer letter comes from Ascen Workforce, LLC, not from the client where you work or the staffing agency that placed you. Ascen is your employer of record, so Ascen issues the letter for your assignment on behalf of your staffing partner. If someone asks for an offer letter from your employer, this is the one to send.
If a landlord or lender needs more than the letter
They want to confirm your employment or income: they can do that directly through our employment verification service, and you do not need to fill anything in. See How to provide proof of employment or income.
A form asks for your employer's name and address: see A form asks me to fill in my employer's name and address: what do I put?
You need other records, such as your assignment history: see How do I get a copy of my employment records?
If you cannot find your offer letter
If it is not listed under Agreements, or the download icon is not showing, email support@ascen.com from the address on your account and tell us you need a copy of your offer letter.
