How can I log into the UHC Flexwork Portal?

Applies to: US W-2 employees. (Health benefits via the UHC Flexwork plan are for W-2 employees; if you're a 1099 independent contractor or an international worker, this doesn't apply to you.)

See the below attached PDF that will walk you through step by step instructions on how to create your account on flexwork.uhc.com.

To create your account, you will need your Member ID number. If you have not yet received your member ID cards which outline your Member ID number, please reach out to support@ascen.com for assistance. A member of the Ascen Support Team will provide you with your member ID number so that you may complete your UHC Flexwork account set up.

Log On Without ID Card

If a member has not received their ID card they can do the following (with an ID number from their employer).

1. Log on to flexwork.uhc.com (no www)

2. Select Member

3. Select Create/Manage HealthSafe ID - On the Member sign in card, look for "Need to register? Create HealthSafe ID >"

4. Create a HealthSafe ID using the ID number supplied by the employer: - First Name - Last Name - Date of Birth (mm-dd-yyyy) - Identification Type → Member ID - Select Continue

Once completed, they will be routed to the site with benefit and eligibility information.
